I am down 1 pound this week. The scale victories are very slow this time around, which can be very frustrating. A few people at work this week mentioned that I was shrinking so I decided to pull out the measuring tape (I have been doing this since October every few weeks). I am quite impressed by how many inches I have lost especially around my waist and hips! Yay me! My thighs had lost and now they are up an inch which is probably due to the increase in my exercise.
Today the gym is closed so a long walk/jog is in order... especially since it will be 26* outside today!
